Minimum charge for all services, there-on-after In-Tray will charge a hourly rate in 15 minute intervals
Larger and more complex requirements will be subject to a written quotation
Students are entitled to a 10% discount upon production of a valid student card
Discounted monthly retainer agreements for regular clients, depending on the number of hours reserved (5, 10, 15 or 20 hrs p/mth)
Payment by credit / debit card, cash or bank transfer. We reserve the right to ask for payment prior to commencing work
